We are pleased to disseminate the following information. The U-Stretch Voucher Programme 2010 is open for application .Each U-stretch booklet is worth $30.00 and will come in denominations of $2.50 per coupon (12 Coupons per voucher). The Vouchers will be valid from 1 Aug 2010 to 15 Feb 2011. For more information, please refer to attached FAQs.
Criteria for application:
- Applicants whose total gross household monthly income is $1,800/- or below or per capita income does not exceed $500/- if household income exceeds $1800/- may apply.
- Application is opened from 10 May 2010 to 27 May 2010. Kindly send in applications before the closing date. Late applications will be considered on a case by case basis.
- All applications must have the following supporting documents.
- Pay slips for all income declared and /or CPF statement if currently unemployed.
- All applications must be signed by the member applying before submission. Applications without declaratory signature will be rejected.
- Applications can be sent via mail or fax. Scanned copied of signed applications can also be emailed to membership@utes.org.sg
