UTES once again brings you the Annual Souvenir Distribution Exercise 2009!!

Every year, we bring you a small token to show our appreciation for your support to our union.

The Membership Souvenir Distribution Exercise will commence on 21st December 2009 and will be completed by 26th February 2010.

Members who have successfully paid their membership subscriptions as at 30th September 2009 will be eligible for the Annual Souvenir. This eligibility will be based on the NTUC UXS records for successful GIRO deduction of membership subscription.

These members will receive a souvenir collection letter from UTES in early December 2009.

UTES HQ will move around according to the Distribution Schedule planned for SingTel, SingPost and its Subsidiaries Companies. Please come down to the nearest collection point to collect your souvenir.

To collect this souvenir, kindly produce the original letter at the respective distribution centres as scheduled. For Proxies, kindly bring along your identification card or pass together with the original letter for collection on behalf. Alternatively, you could also collect the souvenir at UTES office during office hours from 12th January 2010. More details can be found in the collection letter.

Kindly take note that there will be no souvenir issuance at the UTES HQ office from 21st December 2009 to 11th January 2010.

Issuance will begin in UTES HQ Office from 12th January 2010.

For proxy collection of more than 50 pieces, please contact the Membership Department after 12th January 2010 to make the necessary delivery arrangements. We will deliver to your work location within the next 5 working days.
