UTES will commence its Annual Souvenir Distribution Exercise for 2011 from 31 October 2011. Members who have successfully paid their membership subscriptions as at 31 July 2011 based on the NTUC UXS records for successful GIRO deduction of membership subscription will be eligible to collect the Annual Souvenir for 2011. Letters have been sent out to inform eligible members of collection dates and venues.
The Exercise will be conducted from the period of 31 October 2011 to 31 March 2012.
UTES HQ staff will be visiting major working locations as listed in the distribution schedule below to facilitate collection. Kindly collect your souvenirs at the most convenient location.

Important
- Kindly produce the original copy of the souvenir letter and photo identification (Linkcard or NRIC) to facilitate a smooth collection process.
- If you wish to send a representative to collect the souvenir, please remind the representative to bring along the original letter authorized with a copy of your photo ID and a copy of his / her NRIC or Photo ID.
- In the event you have not received your letter before the date of collection that is most convenient to you, please proceed to the collection centre with your NRIC and approach one of our staff for assistance. We will make necessary arrangements for collection.
- Kindly take note that there will be no souvenir issuance at the UTES HQ office from 31 October 2011 to 11 November 2011. Issuance will begin in UTES HQ Office from 14th November 2011.
- To enquire on eligibility for 2011 souvenir , in the event of non receipt of letter , please call or email our membership department at the below contacts for verification.

- For bulk collection of minimum 10 pieces, please contact the Membership Department at 63371122 or email to membership@utes.org.sg after 14th November 2011. We will make arrangements to have them delivered. Please use the attached Bulk collection form to facilitate processing.
- Collection for 2011 Souvenir will cease on 31 March 2012. Kindly collect your souvenirs before the said date.
