The annual NTUC May Day Awards celebrate the people and partners who champion better wages, welfare, and work prospects for Singapore’s workforce.
In 2025, a total of 180 outstanding organisations and individuals were recognised for their significant contributions to the Labour Movement.
Among the recipients were 37 organisations and companies acknowledged for their proactive efforts in driving worker-centric initiatives, strengthening tripartite collaboration, and fostering inclusive workplace cultures.
Another 143 individuals were also celebrated for their advocacy and leadership in the workplace. These awardees hail from both public and private sectors and have each played an instrumental role in creating meaningful change within their industries.
From championing upskilling and lifelong learning, to being the voice for workers on the ground, this year’s recipients reflect the spirit of solidarity, service, and forward-thinking leadership that lies at the heart of the Labour Movement.
